AHR Privacy & Administrative History

Your membership information
AHR collects your first and last names, display name, town/general area, state, optional ZIP, email address, and buyer/seller designation. Your registered name, login email and private account information are not automatically placed in your public profile. Public ads and Looking For requests show the information you choose to publish.
Private administrative records
AHR keeps private records of account changes, current and former email addresses, membership dates and cancellations, reports, moderation decisions, and the locations and display names used in publicly posted sale ads and Looking For requests. This history includes active, expired, removed and deleted public posts and earlier versions recorded after this history system was installed. Earlier information that was not retained cannot be reconstructed.
These administrative records, including former email addresses and public-post location/display-name history, are retained indefinitely, including after membership cancellation, for administration, abuse review and record continuity. They are accessible through owner-only tools and private reports sent to AHR administration at [email protected]. Reports may include registered identity and email history. They are not public member directories. Access is restricted, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Member reports and messages
Members can report ads, requests, profiles or individual messages. A report records the reported item or message, the reporter’s account, the reason and the description supplied. AHR administration can review the reported content. The moderation screen does not provide a general browser for everyone’s private conversations. Reports are allegations awaiting review and do not automatically suspend a member or remove a post.
Cancellation
You can cancel membership in Account Settings. Cancellation ends access to member functions, removes public posts from results and stops member notification emails. It does not erase the sign-in record, private administrative history, previously delivered messages, or reports. The owner account requires an ownership-transfer process before cancellation.
Services and contact
AHR uses Supabase for accounts and database services, Cloudflare for website hosting, Resend for automated email, and Geoapify for location lookup. AHR administrative reports are received in its email account. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests concerning your information.
